They need to lighten up with the inactive time. I would like to seem them sit a full 8 hours being monitored every single minute. When I worked in-house we just had to meet the line count/QA. If we got up once every hour or two for a few minutes it was no big deal. In fact, I know my work is better if I am allowed to take a mental break every once and awhile.
