I don't see how they have the nerve to even beg for OT when they have treated their employees so horribly. Hate to break it to them, but they shot themselves in the you know what by making this criteria so extreme who is left to work it. Those left decide not to, what's next? Mandatory OT on those few left? They will wind up soon thereafter on one of the lists of ineligible at that rate also.
