I couldn't even make minimum wage, even if I was able to double the amount of work I did. The Fluency VR sucks with so many steps, etc., and the dictators I had were all ESLs. I gave it my best shot and when I realized how little money I was making, I quit. It was not worth it when I couldn't even make minimum wage with over 45 years experience. They said I would have one account with one backup. I got a dozen different hospitals with all ESLs. The people were very nice, but nice doesn't pay the bills. I hate VR anyway as it is so slow compared to the speed I would have if I could just do it myself instead of having to correct all the stupid mistakes the VR makes. I decided it wasn't worth the headaches and frustration, so I quit.
