You didn't misunderstand. I try to log out of both when I get like that, but sometimes I just get so frustrated and discouraged I feel like I have to get away from the computer and forget to log out of Teamwork or Fluency and Teamwork both. Because at that point I just have lost the ability to care, and I'm so frustrated. I have been here long enough to know not to do that but I just get so frazzled with it at times.
Like, what's the point? But yes, it is only making the situation worse.
It is hard to keep a level head and stay motivated to even care about line count or inactive time when you are feeling like this.
Your way of handling it is much more rational.
