Scruance can't tell me when I'm getting my severance check. Sm - Cali Mt

This scumbag company has made me jump through so many hoops to get this pittance severance check. I finally called a lawyer who advised me to get the exact date I can expect this money from Scruance after having to send my signed severance agreement to them TWICE as neither method was acceptable to them, even though I followed all their instructions.

Scruance just keeps referring me to Paragraph 3 of the Severance agreement when I ask them for a date I can expect my check. This paragraph says NOTHING. I just want/NEED a date I will get my check. How hard can that be??? 

i did not want to take legal action because I hated working for this horrible company but I fear that is my only option.  

Was anyone else able to get a straight answer re when we can expect these scumbags to send us our severance check? I suspect the answer is "when h$ll freezes over".
