First it was supposed to be 7 days after we signed, now who knows??? - Cali MT

First I sent them the attachment via email. Thus wasn't good enough for Scruance. Then after waiting DAYS to tell me that, they made me scan it in and send it again. Then I contacted them today to make sure everything was ok and was told it was still not sent in acceptable form but some minion managed to print it out. Hey Scruance I followed all your instructions, jumped through all your hoops...

Now Scruance still can't tell me when I'll get my check except it won't be Friday. My lawyer wants to proceed with litigation but I'd rather they just give me my severance like they promised and I can move past working for this NIGHTMARE of a "company."

From the non answers from the Scruance minions I suspect I'll have to move ahead with litigation and also contact the Dept of Labor. Hey my lawyer thinks I could get a bigger settlement if they keep Scruancing me around!

I just want to forget this horrible chapter in my employment history where I have NEVER EVER BEEN TREATED SO AWFUL and move on.

Show me the money Scruance!!!
