I worked there for several years (left about 4 years ago) and they were the same way back then. In fact, by the time I left, I had lost count of how many times I had been paid late and all of the different excuses they had used over the years. They will never change. I'm surprised they're even still around They are the most blatantly mismanaged company I have ever seen in my entire life. The owner is literally running her company into the ground.
