So I found out from my states Department of Labor that a company cannot change the rate they pay you for your PTO without prior written notice. HOWEVER, and this is big, if they did change it/lower it, you can only make a claim for the first pay period that they underpaid you.... evidently once they underpay you that is considered written notice and they can freaking get away with it. You have to have been underpaid by $50 the first time in order for the Department of Labor to make a claim. Under $50 you have to go to the courts yourself to make a claim.
