I always think of that with a motor mouth surgeon. We're held to such ridiculous standards of perfection and we're expected to produce perfect reports when we have absolute garbage to produce the report from.

Oh, and can you please kindly step out of the OR to dictate? I don't appreciate having to decipher your *&^% dictating when there is clanking metal, music and laughing in the background. Thanks.
