I had been told by several ex-Nuancers that I needed to file due to lack of work and working fewer hours. I called the Employment Security Commission and the lady told me that if my hours had been cut by half or more I was eligible to file. She stated I should have probably done this back when the low work started but I could do it today and if they had questions they would contact me. It was very simple to do and hopefully this will help me financially until I can find something better. If I were you I wouldn't wait - do it NOW
