I know of 11-12 managers who were let go recently and I was also terminated. I live in a no fault state, but there was no warning, no probation period, just boom, you're out. I do know they are laying off all employees in employee-friendly states as well including California and NY, and possibly Washington if they also adopt the $15/hr mininum wage. It's just mind boggling.
