I would double check with your supervisor, at one time full-time was 36 hours and above but then I thought that full-time was limited to 40 hours (I admit, I am not certain on it).
I do know that 30 hours is the threshold for progressive-part-time and I believe this includes health insurance and has a greater PTO rate than those that work under 30 hours but has less PTO hours than full-time.
