Through Fidelity, right? I would go directly to Fidelity for answers. I am thinking if you are vested, Nuance really has no say. I also think if you cannot pay it back, you will just be charged a penalty (?? 10%) of the loan amount. Afterall, the 401K is your account. But Fidelity should know the specifics.
