This field is SO VERY unstable, based on all these threads I've read over time, that I decided long ago never to jump companies, it's just not worth the grief. Seems like the other shoe always drops, within months. Will just stay put at my MTSO till I can leave MT for a completely new line of work. Maybe you should work for Nuance, seems like they're going to own everybody anyway, sooner or later. :(
