as an MT is that it equals a nightmare for either the MTSO or the other MTs.
If you were a business owner who had contracted to do some work for a client, would you want an employee who only showed up to work if she felt like it, came at an arbitrary time of her own choosing when she did, only did as much as she felt like while she was there, and then waltzed out until she felt the urge to work again? Would you want to be that employee's co-worker, picking up the slack whenever she disappeared and seeing your pay cut when she was there because there were only so many hours to go around?
Didn't think so.
