If you want to be fired, do stay logged in Teamwork while you are waiting for work in Fluency. It is TOTALLY unfair with their system but they seem to have the "up man ship" about it. You will be performance managed (your every move will be monitored, reduction in pay) and you will eventually be terminated if you continue with your actions. If you can afford to do so, then go for it.
