that you should be able to do Ctrl-Z (you will maybe have to do this 3 or 4 times) which is Undelete. If that doesn't work, I would do a hard boot of your PC (like the electricity went out). If you don't choose the Recover feature the report should return to you in the format it was in when you first downloaded it. Just a few suggestions should this happen again. It's my understanding we should never use F11, probably for this very reason.
