I'm with you about quality - anon

A few years ago I had to decide between quality and quantity. Did I want to race through a report, not proofread it, just to earn more money or did I want to produce the best quality document I could. I "erred" on the side of quality and I have not regretted it though I do sigh every 2 weeks when I see what I bring home.

I have found sometimes listening along to ASR is almost hypnotic and lulls you into almost a sleepy type thing if you aren't careful. I had a critical error the other day because I wasn't really paying attention to the words on the screen, just sort of "floating along". I literally have to say each word as it is dictated and match it with the text to try to make sure I don't allow any stupid ASR inserted word to go through. Frustrating.
