Don't get it either - Mystified

I'm with you on this. I hate audits too. I passed the last one, but failed the one before with a whopping failing score of 99.5.

I too don't understand how anyone in MY BoB can do 400 lph. I don't even get how some of them are doing over 300. I am tier 3, is that it?

We don't have a lot of standards, and the ones we DO have are kind of a pain. Like, they ask for their physical exam standard AFTER they already dictated all the vital signs, and then the standard comes in with all the spots to input vital signs and you have to start all over.

Or the standard has jump markers but they don't actually follow along with the jump markers and it takes me forever just to figure out what they heck they are doing.

So I kind of dread standards on my accounts.

I feel like I spend all my time formatting actually. But I can't go super fast and also score above 99.6%. To me, it seems like one or the other?

I too leave a bunch of defensive blanks.

So I don't really get it. If we're in the same grouping in the same BoB, we all have the same dictators, don't we?
