We MLSs are on our own with this company. There is no one to ask for help anymore, even for a second listen to ENSURE PATIENT SAFETY. Neither TSMs nor COMs will do anything to help us. By doing nothing, they encourage "bad" behavior by the doctors and we MLSs continue to suffer. By bad behavior, I mean allowing them to continue to dictate on mobile phones or in noisy environments, allowing them to sit on an open line while having conversations with their peers while we lose pennies with every passing minute, etc., etc. This company should take the word Transcription out of it's title. They should call themselves Nuance Steal-for-Profit Services.
