WHOLE conversation started because
HEADINGS AND SUBHEADINGS are not stated as an exclusion to pay, assumed that they were and FOUND THEY WERE NOT by running a character count and discovering documents were 10-12% short on lines. This was EXACTLY accommodated by removing the headings and subheadings, THUS, the conclusion we were not being paid for them.
