All of a sudden one day my TSM notified me that I'd earned it, I didn't even know it existed. Apparently over a 10-week period you have to average above a certain QA% (over 99%? 99.5%? I can't remember). You have to keep that average or you lose the credentialing. I thought I'd lose it for sure, but still haven't. I still get audited just like before, though.
