Plus the platform differential ... - less money for some

Apparently they'll be some sort of deduction for ease of platform (Emdat) once again just like last year, although this was not spelled out clearly on the presentation. 10% again?

So less to QC (5%), each report will be measured equally (I think this is of benefit, although hard to tell), and a deduction for Emdat again.

Is this correct?
