she gets things out quickly, which has not been my experience. My TSM is nice but organization and taking care of things in a reasonably timely matter are not one of her strong points.
The 5% thing worries me. I do not often send more than 5% to QA but it does happen. I have been on the fence about quitting, have a few bills to pay off, but this may help push me over once and for all.
