What I hate about interns, aside from their ignorance, is that they invent - acronyms, abbreviations and sometimes words. If they used an abbreviation of some sort in their notebooks in med school, they think they can use it now when they dictate. Then you have to stop and try to divine what the h-e-double hockeysticks they might be trying to say.
