I also applied, tested, passed, asked to do some computer check thingy, told I failed the computer check thing because I have windows 10 and it showed I do not have Word installed, which is a crock because I do have word installed. So, I sent a screen shot of my installed word but it does not matter in the end, I have Windows 10. They should ask this first before testing. The testing was not hard but I would not have wasted the time if I knew up front my computer would fail their requirements.
