but I got the same email. Doesn't matter to me why they boosted pay. It was a nice gesture. I've been there 5 years and this is my first raise. I, too, have been pestered by the pay problems, but it's a job and it pays more than minimum wage. I don't run out of work and I don't get micromanaged. Again, I'm not a manager. Contrary to popular belief on this board, KS is a good company to work for. At least they don't ship jobs to India.
