You just file your paperwork, go to court, present your case, judge will award judgement, get the order docketed, and you have 7 years (I believe) to collect, or re-docket the paperwork. You can attach to any income they have. If they are already paying on a judgement, you have to stand in line (but that is what the docket is for).
Its not hard to do at all.
