I have Windows 7 Pro. Currently I have Express Scribe, Olympus Transcription Pro, and ByteScribe DocShuttle. It has been this way for several years. I have never experienced any conflict or problem. I am sure I have had them open at the same time. All three of these platforms are just "holding" programs where I type the report in my Word program and only need the platform to download the voice files and, in the case of DocShuttle, upload the transcribed work.
I did have InfraWare installed along with the above. Infraware is a platform where I typed the work within the platform (a glorified e-mail if you ask me). I did not encounter any problems, although I will have to say I worked for that service for a couple of days before quitting and taking InfraWare off my computer.
