I do believe that time is counted, because after 20 minutes of inactivity, MM will go ahead and log you out. I also note a drop in my lph calculation whenever this happens.
However, I have never had any trouble because of this. They used to allow a 10% difference between time logged into Schedule Source and time logged into Fluency.
