Sometimes spend a lot of time 100% QA fixing offshore reports and trying to decipher blanks left for bad audio/dictators. The pay is far too low. The work pool is all over the place, with too many hospitals and all work types in random order. It is hard to get used to any of the dictators. I am not happy and have one foot out the door.
The up side I see is possibly less likely to be laid off??
