I used to transcribe for a group of hospitals that ran their transcription department that way. EVERY report was nitpicked over. And -- the thing is -- it was NEVER about accuracy. Their definition of "accuracy" was typing things THEIR way, following THEIR countless rules whose ONLY purpose was to cut our line count. It SUCKS, and it made me crazy!
