I don't really know why it happened. I was near the end of my shift and I didn't want to deal with tech support so finished my shift, turned the computer off, filled out a tech problem report and they called me shortly after, but since I was done for the day they had me call them back when I started my shift the next day. When I turned on my computer and started work I had no problem with with MRN researching the patient. I don't know if it was a glitch with Fluency or my computer, but I haven't had a problem since.
