First make sure that the shift you want in the swapboard is available. Then go where you would normally request PTO (Leave link), Add a leave request and in the drop down pick Schedule Swap Request, put in your hours and request it, just like PTO. Also like PTO, you'll have to wait until the Initials approve of it. Once she has, then you can grab the shift you want off the Swapboard.
