"asking for forgiveness is easier than asking for permission"? Besides what have you got to lose at this point besides the stress and aggravation of this job? I cannot believe there are many MTs who can actually make enough to support themselves on what we are paid (much less support a family!) If you are trying to do that anymore through MModal, perhaps getting fired is the best thing that could happen to you. (I know there are always exceptions) Document everything said/done to you and good luck.
