Where have common decency and kindness gone? "Figure it out yourself." "Watch the tutorial." First of all, the program should clearly be simplified, as it should not require watching a video 2 or 3 times to understand how to carry something out. I wish I could be of more actual help, but I avoid the swap board and splitting shifts like the plague. Only thing I can think to offer is to try and delete that card entry and start fresh with a new one.
