I am in the same POD, MW, also. NJA does seem to be the norm now. Soooo very sick of this. Just want to work my scheduled hours, have work, and get on with my life. Words can't describe the way this affects me, stress, worry, mad, disappointed, etc. I have been looking but haven't found anything yet. Been here 16 years, doing this for 25 years. Have never, in all those years, experienced anything like this for this amount of time before. Sorry for ranting.
