Supposedly, if you insert a QA marker and Fluency senses a pause in the dictation, it toggles the accelerated playback off just in case the platform was skipping dictation (a failsafe, I think, in case they haven't actually fixed that problem). If you use press the control key and the semicolon key, it will (should) immediately toggle it back on for you.
