They are IC. They use Fluency. They use yahoo messenger. You are left to do your work and if they need help they send emails. QA doesn't hound you because QA doesn't have access to MTs via messenger or email so you just go in and check your feedback in Fluency for errors you made, if any. Very laid back. I like working with them. Pay is average, which has sadly been the pay range for about 10 years at least. QA is on the lower pay end but having the security of hourly is great and what works as pay for some may not for another. Depends on your financial needs.
