I had a new HDSM tell me "you are doint xyz and abc wrong" When I said that's not how I did it in my last group, we were allowed to do it this way I was told "No you're wrong, I spoke to them and we are all running our groups the same, so why are you doing it this way? nothing has changed" Ummm so basically my old group threw me under the bus because THEY did't want to get in trouble. Can't wait to get out!
