These posts always crack me up when people think that work pools are changed and work is routed. If you only knew how difficult that is to do. Believe it or not, it is by luck of the draw and if the same doctor is dictating a bunch of reports in a row, you may get a bunch of them in a row as well.
I've had smaller companies that route work, but that isn't how it works everywhere and definitely not with Escription/Nuance.
