No silly, either the clients complained about the quality or someone called the client to tell them their work was going offshore and Imedx had to do the Texas 2-step and bring it back to the US. Imedx sent almost all of their accounts offshore to the Indians, who could not do the work, and forgot to mention it to the clients that their transcription/editing was being performed in India. So, either like I said above poor quality, what a surprise or clients discovered work was being offshored.
