I was not getting any straight transcription, all VR, and even with 5 cpl it was terrible pay. I had over 30 (!) accounts from Alaska to New Hampshire so I was constantly looking up cities, hospitals, referring physician names, etc. And offshore QA was dinging me things like "the" patient and changing all my commas in the Past Medical History to semicolons. I have over 30 years of experience, including QA, and my paychecks at MM were the lowest in my career. I ended up there involuntarily through a buyout and stuck it out 2 years before I quit. You should probably read the M*Modal board before applying.
