Amen! The phone calls are the worst. The pay is so depressing, it makes you want to just stop even trying to do better. When there is extra work, an incentive is offered after your regular lines at the regular rate. Big deal. Why bother, since QA will nail you anyway, and what incentive is there for maybe an extra $10 every 14 days? Then you don't even get much back on your taxes because you didn't earn much! Give me a break. One nice person in the whole company, and that's it. Yes, there is almost always enough work. Yes, the PTO bank is a nice feature. The good things about this company are cancelled out by the people, the pay, the horrible VR, and the extraterrestrial dictators who do not know how to speak Earth.
