Yep, their QA is absolutely ridiculous. When you look at their audits, they fail you for commas and semicolons....it just depends on what that particular QA person is feeling. It is totally ridiculous. If you make a major error, such as using the wrong medical term, then I can see failing you....but for a stupid comma? There is no winning with them. If they want to get rid of you....they will find a way.
