Emdat in and of itself is an easy platform, but, it's got a lot of "yellow" text built into it and most companies do not pay for that text or they may pay 1-2 pennies per line. Sometimes I have reports where I literally type in 3 words and I don't get paid for the report.
The other annoying thing is that the VR is pretty bad..I've been training a couple of doctor for an entire year and I'm still surprised at how ridiculous it looks from the speech engine. It puts in the wrong year, spells out words in caps randomly, doesn't pick up the end of sentences, things like that.
Annoying, yes, but very easy to actually use.
