Sometimes faster to retype something than edit it. - sm

For instance, the dictator says "The rest of the review of systems was unremarkable" and you get "Rest of review of systems unremarkable" (as I do get).

If you "edit" this (on a strict verbatim account), you have to reposition your cursor several times to insert words into the sentence at different points. I find it faster to just wipe out everything up to "unremarkable" and retype it.

...and if a specific example like this happens frequently, I'll create a shortcut.
