answered by you and very unflattering terms. They have not had a high turnover with me, been there for over 7 years now and no problems with anyone, not the lower nor higher ups. ESLs on my particular account no where close to 90% and maybe 30% if that high but even those are for the most part excellent dictators. I don't know how you would know about their turnover, having worked there as long as I have I have no knowledge of hirings, firings, lack of MTs, over abundance, not knowledge imparted to us.
