To fill in. Which I have signed up to do in the past and there was no work.
So I thought, wow, if they didn't try to fill in for those taking PTO would it be like the good old days when you finally might have plenty of work on your primary account?
So no, I will not sign up to fill in (and probably have no work anyway despite volunteering on my day off) because I wish for those people on those accounts where the people are taking PTO to have a few great days of work for a change!
Really, it does seem like hyper overkill. Lately, there is hardly any work, much less anything OTAT, so what is the excessive overstaffing about?
