I went to the office to file for it the other day. You have to be able to prove your hours are going down, and then you have to file on Sunday nights on-line. They will get a 3-way phone call together with you and your company, and then make a determination. That was all the info I got when I went in. I am filing for the first time this Sunday. Good luck
